Lou will also appear on your (or your company’s) behalf in relation to matters involving the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, charges under the Liquor Licence Act, disciplinary proceedings under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 2002, and other administrative/regulatory law settings.
Lou graduated from York University in 1995 with a Specialized Honours in Public Policy and Administration. He subsequently completed the Regulatory and Public Administration (paralegal) at Seneca College in 1996. He attained his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1999 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
Lou has conducted trials at all levels of court in Ontario, and appeals at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Toronto Lawyers’ Association and Canadian Italian Advocates Organization. He is fluent in Italian.
